VISA GUIDELINES FOR DELEGATES

All the foreign nationals entering into India are required to possess a valid Visa for the purpose except nationals of Nepal and Bhutan.

We need to obtain prior and specific approval for attendees who are from Afghanistan, China, Iran, Pakistan, Iraq, Sudan, foreigners of Pakistani origin and Stateless persons; those who are in this category, please register, at least 120 days prior to the conference and please send a copy of your passport and the details such as Name, Father’s/Husband Name, DOB, Nationality, Passport No., DOI, Place of Issue, Date of Exp. and Address to aocmp2017@gmail.com as soon as possible not later than 120 days to conference.

ALL FOREIGN NATIONALS ARE REQUIRED TO APPLY FOR A REQUISITE VISA

Foreign nationals should ensure that they are in possession of a valid passport of their country and valid Indian Visa before they start their journey. The Consular Passport and Visa (CPV) Division of the Ministry of External Affairs is responsible for issuance of Indian visas to the foreign nationals for their visit for various purposes. This facility is granted through various Indian missions abroad.

Invitation letter will be sent by AOCMP-AMPICON 2017 Secretariat on request.
